Two chefs - from very different backgrounds - have teamed up to deliver the very best food that Southern California has to offer.

Chef Ethan Bier

My culinary journey began in the US but led me to France, where I honed my skills at a prestigious 2 Michelin star restaurant. Then I spent several years crafting special dining experiences on private yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas which gave me a unique opportunity to thread diverse flavors and techniques from around the world into my repertoire. Most recently, as a private chef in Napa Valley, I further educated my palate to all the wine and fresh produce the Valley had to offer. Now, with years of experience and a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences, my team and I use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to craft bespoke menus tailored to your event. From intimate dinners to grand celebrations, we strive to exceed your expectations and leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

Chef Fabio Vota

Fabio was born in Southern Italy, and received his culinary training in Tuscany. He’s since moved to the United States to share his passion for food with a larger audience. He focuses on cooking with fresh ingredients and creating dishes that are not only delicious, but also clean and healthy. Some of his proudest moments as a chef include cooking for the Italian National Football Team during their 2006 season when they won the World Cup, and cooking for many celebrity clients in LA.
